ORDER
The revision petition is filed challenging the order
passed in M.C.No.229/2010 of the Family Court, Malappuram, ordering the revision petitioner to pay maintenance to the respondents - his wife and daughter at the rate of Rs.2500/- and Rs.500/- per month, respectively.
2. Heard; Sri. K.K.Mohammed Ravuf, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision
petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the revision petition, the subject matter in dispute between the revision petitioner and the respondents has been harmoniously settled out of court. Therefore, the revision petitioner is no longer desirous to prosecute the revision petition. Hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. The said submission is recorded.
