JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a senior citizen who seeks early disposal of proceedings for the issue of a purchase certificate, pending before the 1st respondent. This Court had already issued directions regarding disposal of such matters in WP(C) No.28398/2017 and WP(C)No.17012/2022. I do not find any reason to take a different view. In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to take up the application filed by the petitioner, in respect of which Ext.P2 receipt has been issued and dispose the same within six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
