Dated this the 27th day of June, 2023 This bail application is submitted by the petitioner, who was the wife of the accused in crime No.290/2023 of Yeroor Police Station. Today when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, the petitioner now stands removed from the party array and final report has been submitted against the other accused persons.
