.....that, the respondents 2 to 4 are duty bound to obey exhibit p4 and take immediate and effective steps to pay off the amount due to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this hon'ble court. ii. issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ ororder or direction, directing the respondents 2to 4 to comply with exhibit p4 and to take adequate and effective steps to make the final bill pertains to all the work envisaged in exhibit p4 and pay the amount to the petitioner, with interest @ 12% per annum, within a time limit fixed by this hon'ble court; iii. dispense with the filing of the translation of the vernacular documents. iv. to pass appropriate writ, order or direction which this hon'ble court finds necessary for the ends of justice with costs to the petitioner. JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers: i. Declare that, the Respondents 2 to 4 are duty bound to obey Exhibit P4 and take immediate and effective steps to pay off the amount due to the Petitioner within a time frame fixed by this hon'ble Court. ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or

Order or Direction, directing the Respondents 2

to 4 to comply with Exhibit P4 and to take adequate and effective steps to make the Final Bill pertains to all the work envisaged in Exhibit P4 and pay the amount to the Petitioner, with interest @ 12% per annum, within a time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court; iii. Dispense with the filing of the translation of the vernacular documents. iv. To pass appropriate Writ, Order or Direction which this Hon'ble Court finds necessary for the ends of justice with costs to the Petitioner. (SIC)
