Dated this the 27th day of June, 2023 This application for anticipatory bail is submitted as the petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with the investigation of crime No.302/2023 of Medical College Police Station, Kozhikode. The crime was initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 341, 323, 324 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 4 of the Kerala Prohibition of Ragging Act was added. It is seen from the records that all the offences are bailable in nature.
