ORDER
This is an application submitted by the petitioner who is the 4th accused in Crime No.343/2023 of Ettumanoor Police Station seeking anticipatory bail. The offence alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 498A and 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.
2. Today when the matter came up for consideration,
the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, in this case the investigation is already over and the final report has been submitted on 24.04.2023 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Ettumanoor. In such circumstances, further orders are not necessary and therefore, this Bail Application is closed with the clarification that the petitioner shall appear before the court concerned as and when required.
