ORDER

Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.2122/2019 of Medical College Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram. Petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of a mobile phone.

2. Smt.Sreeja V., the learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions

submitted that the final report has been filed on 20.02.2020 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvananthapuram and cognizance has been taken and the case is pending as C.C.No.67//2020.

3. In view of the filing of the final report, this petition challenging the
