ORDER
This application for anticipatory bail is submitted by the petitioners as they apprehend arrest in connection with the investigation of a crime the number of which is unknown to them registered by Pulinkunnu Police Station.
2. Today when the matter came up for consideration, the
learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, the Crime No. 242/2023 has been registered by the Pulinkunnu Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b) and 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is seen that the said offences are bailable in nature. Therefore, no orders are necessary in this application for anticipatory bail.
