ORDER
This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor submitted on
instructions that, no crime is being registered against the petitioner in relation to the allegations mentioned in the bail application. The bail application is hence closed recording the submission and directing that, in the event of crime being registered and the petitioner's presence being necessary for the purpose of investigation, he shall be issued with notice under Section 41 A of Code of Criminal Procedure.
