This is 2nd application for regular bail filed by 2nd accused in Crime No. 2 of 2023 of Manjeshwar Police Station, Kasaragod.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

3. In fact, earlier, bail application was filed by the petitioner as

BA.No. 1794/2023, was dismissed as per order dated 07.03.2023, negativing the contention of the petitioner that there was non compliance of Section 42(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. In fact, the counsel for the petitioner is attempting to reiterate the same contentions which was found against. Therefore, for the same reasons, this application also deserves dismissal.
