When this Bail application came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that, no case is registered against the petitioner at Mannuthy Police Station. If any case is registered based on the averments in this Bail application in future, a notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C. should be issued to the petitioner.
