The wife came up for getting Annexure A4 case transferred to Family Court, Palakkad from Tirur. She is a permanent resident of Palakkad. The distance to be travelled comes to 150 Kms to reach the Family Court, Tirur. Three other cases are pending before the Family Court, Palakkad and as such it is fit and proper to allow the transfer as prayed for. Annexure A4 case pending before the Family Court, Tirur will stand withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Palakkad so as to enable a simultaneous consideration with other three cases pending there. The parties shall appear before the transferee court on 14.08.2023. Send the record forthwith to the transferee court. This Tr.P(C) will stand allowed accordingly.
