ORDER
Dated this the 28th day of April , 2023 This application is submitted by the petitioners, apprehending arrest in connection with a crime registered by Pandalam Police Station.
2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration,
learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that no crime has been registered against the petitioners. In such circumstances, this bail application is closed recording the above submission. However, it is clarified that, in case the presence of the petitioners is required in connection with an offence under Section 498A of IPC, the same can be procured by the 2 nd respondent after issuing notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C.
