Dated this the 1st day of August, 2023 This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the accused who alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 376 and 506(i) of IPC as well as Section 66E and 67A of the Information Technology Act.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. It is noticed that this Court granted interim bail as per
order dated 15.07.2022 and the same is in order.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the
arrest and custodial interrogation of the petitioner are necessary and the investigation being stalled because of pendency of this bail application and grant of interim bail.
