ORDER
Tr.P(C) No. 196 OF 2023 is for getting transfer of the divorce O.P. pending before the Family Court, Thrissur, to the Family Court at Ernakulam on account of the permanent residence of the petitioner at Ernakulam. Originally, she belongs to Palakkad, but now she has shifted her residence to Ernakulam. She is a Librarian. There are three minor children and under her custody and care, and as such, taking into consideration the distance to be travelled and the welfare of the minor children, it is fit and proper to transfer the said O.P. from the Family Court, Thrissur, to the Family Court, Ernakulam. Hence, O.P.No.2707/2021, Family Court, Thrissur, will stand withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Ernakulam. The parties shall appear before that court on 07.08.2023. The Transfer Petition will stand allowed accordingly.
