2. At the time of hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor

placed relevant materials along with report in crime No.566/2023 involving offences under Sections 143, 147, 148, 294(b) and 324 read with Section 149 of IPC. Since all the offences are bailable, the apprehension of arrest at the hands of the Chingavanam police is found to be unsustainable.
