Petitioners challenge Annexure-A1 First Information Report in Crime No.1600/2016 of Kazhakoottam Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram District.

2. Smt.M.K.Pushpalatha, the learned Public Prosecutor, upon

instructions, submitted that, pursuant to the investigation into the said crime, a final report was filed on 09.03.2017 referring the case as 'false'.
