ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to quash Annexure-A complaint which is presently pending as C.C. No.178 of 2013 on the files of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thrissur.

2. When this matter came up for consideration before this Court on

05.09.2014 no interim order was granted. This Court had directed the petitioners to approach the trial court and seek exemption from personal appearance and the trial court was directed to pass appropriate orders. It appears that thereafter the case was transferred to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thrissur and the same was renumbered as C.C No.3 of 2016. From the Case Information System, it appears that the case has been disposed of. There is no representation for the petitioners when the matter was taken up for hearing.
