When this bail application came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report is filed in Crime No.169 of 2020 of Pandikad Police Station, Malappuram.

2. When this bail application came up for consideration on 08.04.2021, this Court passed an order to the effect that the petitioner shall not be arrested until served with notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C.

3. In the light of the submission of the final report, it is clear
