This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed with the following prayers; “to direct the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate I, Peermadu to keep in abeyance the proceedings in CC No.441/2011 of that court till the completion of enquiry in C.M.P. No.1075/2015 of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate I, Peermadu.”

2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is

pending before this Court from 2016 onwards. There is no representation also for the petitioner. Probably, the prayers in this Crl.MC might have been infructuous because the prayer is only to keep in abeyance the proceedings in CC No.441/2011 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Peermade till the enquiry in CMP No.1075/2015 is completed. Probably, both the case might have been disposed of. No further

order is necessary in this case.
