ORDER
The above criminal miscellaneous case is filed with the following prayers:
(i) To stay the further proceedings of MC
(ii) Issue such other order as direction as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper as to the circumstances of the case.
2. The petitioner herein is the petitioner before the lower
court. This Crl.M.C is filed for getting some more time to produce certain documents. This Crl.M.C is pending before this Court from 2015 onwards. Even though this Court stayed the proceedings of the lower court for a period of two weeks, the interim order was vacated by this Court on 09.04.2015. Now as per the e-court website, it is seen that the case is dismissed for default. If that is the case, the Crl.M.C.2140/2015 3 prayers in this Crl.M.C might have been infructuous.
