ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (“the Code” for the sake of brevity).
2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed seeking the following relief :-
i) A direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kozhikkode to direct a thorough probe into the incident through the investigating agency. ii) Appropriate directions to the detecting officer of the CBCID, Kozhikkode to take over the investigation and investigate the crime. iii) To pass such other appropriate
order deemed to be fit in the facts and
circumstances of the case.
3. This case is filed in the year 2015, and no interim
order is passed in this case. Today, when the matter came
up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submits that the final report in Crime No.128/2015 of the Feroke ..3.. Police Station was submitted before the jurisdictional court on 15.10.2015.
