JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court inter alia seeking a direction to the 3 rd respondent to consider Ext.P3 application in Form 10 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Rules within a time frame. Ext.P3 application was originally filed before the Tahsildar, Mannarkkad and has subsequently been transferred to the office of the 3rd respondent, as is evident from Ext.P4.

2. The learned Senior Government Pleader would

submit that there is no objection in such a direction being issued to the 3rd respondent. Accordingly, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P3 application and take appropriate action thereon, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
