Petitioners challenge the registration of Crime No.615 of 2016 of Kumali Police Station, Idukki.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted

that pursuant to investigation, final report was filed on 6-10-2016 and cognizance has been taken as S.T.No. 277/2019 on the files of the Grama Nyalaya, Peerumade.

3. In view of filing of the final report, this petition under

Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., challenging the registration of FIR has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
