The petitioner has filed this Crl.M.C. seeking to issue a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-IV, Perumbavoor for the speedy disposal of C.C. No.807/2020 in Crime No.1010/2020 of Kalady Police Station, Ernakulam Rural, with in a time frame.

2. On 20.02.2023, this Court directed the Registry to obtain a report from the Court below on the time required for the disposal of the matter.

3. The Court below reported that the matter could be disposed of within a

period of four months from 08.06.2023. Therefore, the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-IV, Perumbavoor, is directed to dispose of C.C. No.807/2020 within a period of four months from 08.06.2023.
