JUDGMENT

The prayers in this Writ Petition are as follows: “(i) That a writ of mandamus or other writ, order or direction be passed directing the 4th respondent to consider Exhibits P1 and P2 petition and take necessary action to conduct the investigation of the case under the supervision of the 3rd respondent.

(ii) Considering the exigencies and necessity for

urgent consideration of the grievance voiced in this Writ Petition (Crl.), production of English translations of documents in vernacular may kindly be dispensed with for the time being; And

(iii) To pass such other and further orders as are deemed just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,

submitted that in the enquiry, the police found that the petitioner was staying at Ernakulam with her friend. It is further submitted that she appeared before the SHO, Anchalumood and represented that she is not willing to go to her matrimonial home. Recording the submission the Writ Petition is closed.
