2. The learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that pursuant to investigation, final report has been filed referring the case as “civil in nature”.

3. In view of filing of the final report, this petition under

Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., challenging the registration of FIR has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
