ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with this anticipatory bail application as he apprehends arrest in connection with the investigation of Crime No.745 of 2022 of Kumaly Police Station, which was registered under Police Standing Order (PSO) 306(1)(c). The aforesaid crime was registered in connection with the suicide of one Shajimol aged 42 years, who was working as maid servant in the house of the petitioner. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instruction submitted that the petitioner has not been implicated as the accused in the aforesaid case. Now the case is registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. for unnatural death. In such circumstances, no further orders are necessary.
