JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs;

2. When this matter is taken up for

consideration today, it is the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions from the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram that the necessary reports have already been forwarded to the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Kollam.

3. In the light of the above submission, no

further orders are necessary in this case. Hence, the writ petition is only to be closed. The writ petition is, accordingly, closed.
