ORDER
Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.2520/2021 of Vellarada Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram district, alleging commission of offences under Sections 498 A, 323 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration
today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that final report has been filed in the matter and the matter is now pending as C.C.No.1974/2022 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court -III, Neyyattinkara. Considering the above submission, this bail application is closed, making it clear that the petitioner may approach the jurisdictional court for bail and if any such bail application is filed by the petitioner, the bail application shall be considered and disposed of by the court on the date on which it is filed.
