JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court, seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P3 the application made by the petitioner for effecting mutation, in accordance with law.

2. Learned Senior Government Pleader would submit that

the application can be directed to be considered by the 1 st respondent. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner seeks only limited relief and also considering the fact that Ext.P3 appears to have been submitted as early as in the month of February, 2022, the writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the 1 st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 application made by the petitioner for mutation, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. On consideration of the matter, if the 1st respondent feels that there are other parties also to be heard, he shall ensure that the orders effecting mutation are issued only after hearing all the affected parties, including the petitioner.
