Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the Applicant/Appellant vide the judgment of guilty conviction and sentence in S.C.No.35 of 2018 on the €les of the Court of Special Judge for NDPS cases , Thodupuzha , dated 08.01.2021 and release the Applicant on bail , pending disposal of the above criminal appeal in the interests of justice.

Post on 17/5/2021 on which date the public prosecutor shall ensure that reports from the prison doctor and the psychatrist treating the appellant in Crl.a.No.99/2021 are placed on record.
