JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs :

i. Issue a writ of certiorari to call for records leading to Ext.P4 and quash the same. ii. To issue a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents 1 to 4 to stop all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P2 to P4 initiated against the property of the petitioner by clubbing two entirely different loan transactions. iii. To issue a writ o mandamus commanding the 3 rd respondent to stop all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 and permit the petitioner to payoff the principal sum in installments.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel
