JUDGMENT

The appellant filed O.P.No.188 of 2018 before the Family Court, Kasaragod, seeking a decree against the respondent herein-husband to return the 50 sovereigns of gold ornaments and sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the appellant. By the decree and judgment dated 24.06.2019, the Family Court dismissed that original petition. Challenging the judgment and decree of the Family Court dated 24.06.2019, the appellant has filed this appeal, invoking the provisions under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act.

2. On 05.10.2020, this Court issued consolidated notice to the respondent in both C.M.Application for condonation of delay and also Mat.Appeal.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the

learned counsel for the appellant would submit that he has filed a not pressed memo dated 05.04.2023, since the appellant does not want to prosecute this appeal further. Recording the said submission and taking note of the not pressed memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellant dated 05.04.2023, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed. Sd/- ANIL K.
