JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in SC No.12 of 2019 on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Kozhikode which arose from crime No.219 of 2018 of Balussery Police Station, Kozhikode.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner has got a job in a foreign country and has to leave India to settle there. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the Sessions Case.

3. This Court obtained a report from the Sessions

Court regarding the time frame required for disposal of the case. The learned Sessions Judge reported that the matter could be disposed of within a period of two months.
