This is an application seeking pre-arrest bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

2. Smt.M.K.Pushpalatha, the learned Public Prosecutor,

upon instructions, submitted that petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in Crime No.301/2022 of Ottapalam Police Station, now transferred to Shoranur Police Station.

3. In view of the above, the apprehension of arrest of the petitioner does not subsist.

4. This bail application is closed. However, in the event of

any crime being registered against the petitioner, either before the Ottapalam Police Station or before the Shoranur Police Station, necessarily the procedure contemplated under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. shall be complied with. BECHU KURIAN THOMAS JUDGE jka/20.01.23
