ORDER

In this Crl.M.C., the petitioner prayed for a direction to the Enquiry Commissioner & Special Judge, (Vigilance), Muvattupuzha to release his passport for a period of 20 days.

2. The petitioner had earlier approached this

Court by filing Crl.M.C.No.7223 of 2022 seeking the same relief. This Court had permitted the petitioner to leave India as per Annexure A3 order. In pursuance of the order, the petitioner left India and returned his passport within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Senior Government Pleader insisted for a direction to the petitioner to furnish his travel details to the Investigating Officer concerned.

4. The petitioner is permitted to leave India and visit Sri Lanka for a period of one month from 11.01.2023. ..3..

5. The trial Court shall release the passport to the

petitioner. The petitioner shall surrender the passport before the trial Court immediately on his return from the foreign country.
