Dated this the 20th day of February, 2023 This is an application for regular bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by the 1 st accused in Crime No.508 of 2022 of Aroor Police Station, Alappuzha, where the accused alleged to have possessed 185 gram of MDMA and 75.5 gram of Hashish Oil in a car bearing registration No.TN-43-X-6467 and hence committed offences punishable under Sections 20(b) (ii)A, 22(C) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this bail application. Accordingly, permission granted. In the result, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
