This is an application seeking pre-arrest bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

2. Sri.Noushad.K.A, the learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that pursuant to investigation, final report in Crime No.793/2022 of Ottapalam Police Station, Palakkad, was filed on 25.11.2022.

3. In view of the filing of the final report, the apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in the aforesaid crime does not subsist. Accordingly, this bail application is closed. BECHU KURIAN THOMAS JUDGE jka/20.01.23
