JUDGMENT
The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- “i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
order or direction directing the 1 st respondent to
consider appeal bearing AP No.782(2)/2023/SIC [Dxts P1 to P3 appeals] pending before it and dispose the same within a timeframe fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii. Issue such other appropriate writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. and iii. Exempt the petitioner from filing English translation of vernacular documents.
Considering the limited prayer made in the writ petition, the State Information Commission is directed to dispose of the pending appeal filed by the petitioner within thirty days expeditiously preferably within a period of two months.
