The application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short, ‘BNSS’), for an order of pre-arrest bail. The petitioner apprehends arrest in crime No.618 of 2024 of the Town West Police Station, Thrissur for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. Heard; Sri.Rema R, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt.Seetha S, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor on

instructions, submitted that the Investigating Officer in the above crime has filed a report in the jurisdictional court, deleting the petitioner from the array of accused.
