JUDGMENT

A memo has been filed by the learned Standing Counsel stating that the arrears of 9th pay revision will be paid to the petitioner in six equal instalments of Rs.17,747/- each for four months from March 2024 to June 2024 and Rs. 17,748/- each during the month of July and August

2024. It is also submits that the arrears for the months of March to May

will be paid in lump sum this month itself and the balance will be paid in the month of August 2024. This is recorded. Taking note of the above, I am not inclined to proceed further in the contempt of court case, and the same is accordingly closed.
