ORDER
The application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.
which is registered against the accused (two in number) for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 354A(1)(ii) and 354A(1)(iv) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Heard; Sri.Anandhu Satheesh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Neema. T.V, the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instruction,
submitted that all the offences alleged against the petitioner are bailable in nature. The said submission is recorded. B.A.No.4665 of 2024 -:3:- In the light of the above submission, the bail application is dismissed as infructuous, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach the Jurisdictional Court and work out his remedies in accordance with the law.
