ORDER
Dated this the 10th day of June, 2024 The application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. The petitioners are accused 2 and 3 in Crime
No.389/2024 of the Pala Police Station, Kottayam, which is registered against the accused, for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 341, 506, 354 and 354A r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Heard; Sri.Rasheed C. Nooranad, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Smt.Seetha S., the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,
submitted that in the report that has been filed by the Investigating Officer before the jurisdictional court, the petitioners have been removed from the array of accused.
