ORDER
Dated this the 28th day of May, 2024 This is a petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash all further proceedings in Annexure A1 FIR and FIS and Annexure A2 Final Report in Crime No.1354/2021 of Kalamassery Police Station, Ernakulam District, now pending as S.C.No.176/2022 on the files of Fast Track Court, Aluva, Ernakulam District.
2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner tried to canvass the innocence of the petitioner herein/2 nd accused, while pressing for quashment.
3. After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the
