JUDGMENT

The petitioner, the Manager of an aided school, submitted Ext.P2, being aggrieved by Ext.P1 order passed by the 3rd respondent, regularising the leave availed by the 1 st respondent as eligible leave. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is for a direction to the 4 th respondent before whom Ext.P2 is pending consideration, to dispose of the same within a time frame.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that, the 4 th respondent shall take up Ext.P2 appeal and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing the petitioner and the 1st respondent.
