Dated this the 26th day of July, 2024 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that since the offence under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been incorporated in the crime, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw these applications, reserving their right to move the Special Court for a similar relief. The said submission is recorded. Resultantly, these bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn, reserving the right of the petitioners to move the Special Court, in accordance with law. Sd/- C.S.
