ORDER
The application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973(‘Code’, for short), for an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. The petitioner is the 5th accused in
C.C.No.10/2024 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court registered against the accused for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 418, 420 and 421 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10 and 24 of the Emigration Act,1983.
3. Heard; Sri. P.A.Mujeeb, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Seetha S. the learned Senior Public Prosecutor.
4. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the above case has been closed by the above Court invoking Rule 16(1) of the Criminal Rules of
