Town East Police Station, Thrissur. The petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.571/2024 of the Town East Police Station, Thrissur registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w Section 34 of the IPC.

3. Heard; Sri. P.K.Varghese, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt.Seetha S., the learned Public Prosecutor.

4. The learned Public Prosecutor on

instructions submitted that the petitioner's arrest was formally recorded on 06.04.2024 and the petitioner has been enlarged on bail on 12.04.2024. The said submission is recorded.
