JUDGMENT
DEVAN RAMACHANDRAN.J After arguing this matter for some time, the learned counsel for the appellant - Smt.E.V.Moly, submitted that her client is willing to move the learned Single Bench itself for necessary orders, including by way of a review or application for extension of time.
2. Sri.K.Jayesh Mohankumar - learned
Standing Counsel for the Bank, did not oppose the afore submissions of Smt.E.V.Moly; however, pleading that this Court make no declarations on the entitlement of the appellant to any relief, even if he is to invoke such. In the afore circumstances, we close this writ appeal, without entering into the merits of any of the rival contentions and leaving them all open; however, with liberty being reserved to the appellant to move the learned Single Bench in any manner that he may feel appropriate, subject to his entitlement in law.
